Taylor’s foremost business is serving people to their health optimal with good food and holistic practices to strengthen the body and mind. Her studies with renowned Cornell coursework, Taylor earned her Plant Based Nutrition Certificate to expand her means of providing top-level services. A curriculum rooted in the groundbreaking findings of biochemist T. Colin Campbell that supports plant-based eating for superior health, longevity, and disease prevention, it provided her with the evidence-based knowledge to dramatically improve the health of her clientele. Studying the works of the program’s two renowned faculty authors and its 25+ experts inspired Taylor’s hand-crafted cuisine — elevating it to a new level of consciousness. Furthering her studies in nutrition, Taylor received her Board Certification as a Holistic Nutritionist through AFPA and AADP.

Taylor’s extensive education and experience became whole when she learned to apply complementary wellness principles from the Sivananda Yoga and Vedanta organization. After immersing herself in its signature month-long Yoga Teacher Training, she experienced the value of yogic living, its ethical principles, and its diverse paths to balanced living. By applying the five core principles of meditation, breathwork, intentional exercise, diet, and relaxation, she not only received a full toolbox of techniques to share with her clients — but a foundation that informs the holistic nature of her own daily life.

Taylor’s aptitude for service and creative expression through the culinary arts has been evolving since her childhood. From a young age, she expressed her imagination through the art of cooking, and after graduating from university, her notable proficiency in the kitchen led her to study at the French Culinary Institute in New York City, where she earned her Grand Diploma in Culinary Arts. After her graduation, she continued to refine her skills within Michelin-starred restaurants under the tutelage of world-famous chefs in Manhattan.

Taylor’s culinary prowess met new strides as she expanded her knowledge to include specialized wellness services for her clientele. While spending years on large-scale charter yachts, she became attuned to the diverse and precise needs of her guests. To provide them with the next level of service, she attended the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City to intensively train in creating plant-based delicacies, including gourmet raw food dishes, vegan pastries, and gluten-free fare. By studying modern technology applications in assorted methods of food creation, she actively expanded her menus and advanced her skill sets — using game-changing cooking methods that encourage the preservation of nutritional value and the bioavailability of essential nutrients.

A graduate of the prestigious Cornell Hospitality Management Masters Certificate Program, her remarkable expertise soared to new heights with her completion of this renowned 18-course intensive training, setting her apart as a leader in service. From building teams to managing staff to implementing effective strategy, Taylor consistently elevates her own standards to ensure peak performance and exemplary hospitality for all of her treasured clientele from her custom-curated luxury retreats to her online 8-week Greenroots Total Transformation Wellness program.
